<li><strong>Protecting the brand and customer experience:</strong> Ensuring that delivery services, the 'unboxing experience' and store presentation are treated as premium touchpoints, working continuously with our Online, Store and Creative teams to balance the best brand experience with operational viability, sustainability and scalability.</li>
<li><strong>Streamlining product partnership:</strong> Partnering with the Product team (Buying and Merch) to design and own the processes for tracking inbound goods, liaising closely with suppliers and freight forwarders to manage timelines and delays, and lifting logistical or operational burden from the Product team wherever possible.</li>
<li><strong>Executing network precision: </strong>Partnering with Merchandising on forecasting, allocation and stock planning to manage product recalls, replenishment and distribution, ensurinig stock moves between locations with total precision, and that warehouse capacity matches the operational load throughout the year.</li>
<li><strong>Ensuring financial visibility: </strong>Partnering with Finance and Product to provide total visibility and accuracy on incoming stock, and regularly reviewing landed costs, inbound freight partners, courier rates and fulfilment expenses to ensure cost effective solutions and margin protection through operational discipline.</li>
<li><strong>Driving warehouse and fulfilment excellence: </strong>Overseeing the Warehouse Manager and fulfilment team in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient processes, quality control checks and stock handling procedures.</li>
<li><strong>Owning stock integrity and loss prevention: </strong>Maintaining 100% inventory accuracy across all locations through rigorous cycle counts and spot checks, and implementing robust and traceable monitoring processes, loss prevention measures and security protocols to minimise shrinkage, ensuring system integrity matches physical reality while fostering a culture of accountability and team confidence.</li>
<li><strong>Ensuring operational safety: </strong>Owning day-to-day oversight of health and safety across all warehouse, fulfilment and operations processes, working closely with our Health &amp; Safety Officer to ensure compliance, conduct regular risk assessments and safety audits, and maintain a secure working environment for the entire team.</li>
<li><strong>Creating a high speed, high quality feedback loop:</strong> Ensuring a consistent communication loop with HQ teams Online, Growth and Product, and aligning warehouse and fulfilment capacity with weekly activity, always accounting for stock drops, marketing plans and staff availability to ensure we never over promise and under deliver.</li>
<li><strong>Building high performance teams: </strong>Leading, motivating and developing the Warehouse Manager, Operations Manager and fulfilment teams, planning staffing requirements for peak periods and collection launches, and setting clear goals and KPIs around productivity, accuracy and service levels.</li>
<li><strong>Empowering retail excellence and project delivery: </strong>Overseeing the Operations Manager in their store-focused role day-to-day, acting as an escalation point for issues or opportunities for improvement. You’ll be an invaluable coach and cheerleader during store opening projects, and support on timelines, logistics and stock deliveries for new stores to ensure operational readiness from day one of trading.</li>
